Information We Collect

Workout and app data

DeltAI stores workout sessions, exercise names, set details, weights, reps, machine labels, clarification drafts, exercise aliases, settings, and onboarding preferences. Most app data is stored locally on your device using SQLite and app storage.

AI parser data

When you use AI-powered parsing, DeltAI sends the information needed to interpret your workout entry to our parser service. This may include the text you enter and limited related app context so the service can return structured workout data.

Purchases and subscriptions

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlements. Apple processes App Store payments. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Analytics, diagnostics, and website data

We may collect anonymous installation identifiers, onboarding responses, app usage events, device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, logs, and website usage analytics. This helps us understand product usage and fix bugs.

Photo library access

If you use features that save workout images or overlays, DeltAI may ask for permission to save items to your photo library. We do not upload your photos.

AI Processing Providers

• Data processed: information needed to operate AI-assisted workout entry features.
• Purpose: interpreting workout entries and returning app-ready results.
• We use third-party AI providers to operate this feature and configure requests to limit retention where supported.

PostHog (Analytics)

• Data processed: app usage and setup data associated with an anonymous app identifier.
• Purpose: understanding usage trends and improving the product.

• Data processed: technical diagnostics such as crash reports, error details, device information, and app version.
• Purpose: monitoring app stability and fixing bugs.

Apple iCloud and App Store

If iCloud sync is enabled, workout data may sync through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services under your Apple account. App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for third-party marketing.

Data Storage and Retention

Local workout data remains on your device until you delete it or delete the app. If sync is enabled, synced data may remain in iCloud according to your Apple account settings. Records handled by service providers are retained according to their policies and only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy.

Legal Bases for EEA Users

• Contract performance: to provide workout logging, parsing, sync, and subscription features.
• Legitimate interests: to improve the app, understand usage, and fix technical issues.
• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and transaction record requirements.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. Since DeltAI does not require an account, you can remove local data by deleting the app. For requests involving provider-held data, contact us and we will help process your request.

EU users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection supervisory authority.

Children's Privacy

DeltAI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Tracking

We do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or engage in cross-app tracking. The iOS privacy manifest declaresNSPrivacyTracking: false.

International Transfers

Zelles Zalán EV is based in Hungary. Your data is primarily processed within the European Union. Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are used by those providers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
